Coaching and Consulting Businessess

My name is coach Alphonce Juma and I am looking forward to being your coach.

In this coaching session, I will one by one take you through the process of starting a business, the registrations you need, starting small, gaining big on online/digital presence, staffing, growth hacking and managing your finances, business plan, skills you need to develop, resources you need to access, mindsets you need to change and together we strategies and find solutions.

We learn about the different business types e.g. sole proprietorship, partnership, limited partnership, corporation, limited liability company (LLC), a non-profit organization, co-operative among others.

Why I think I should be your coach is because I have walked this journey from scratch growing 10 companies in a span of 10 years. There are lots of mistakes that I have made which I don't want you to fall into.

I have attended several hackathons including yali, voted founder of the year award (foya), 2020 most influential persons, a Yali alumni among others.
